The Pint Shop has NYC Screaming for Ice Cream
Summer in NYC has just begun and it looks like it’s going to be a scorcher.What’s the best way to beat the heat? Ice cream of course!
Luckily the Museum of Ice Cream’s new pop up, The Pint Shop, is the perfect place to get a scoop. For the small price of about a half an hour in line, you can gain access to a grocery store setting that was made for Instagram!
Once you’re in, stroll through the aisles of merchandise related to the seven featured Pint Shop flavors ranging from your simple from quality vanilla, named Vanillionare for its rich vanilla flavor, to the sugar fueled Piñata, which contains animal cracker pieces, cupcake chunks, and candy bits mixed in to satisfy even the most demanding sweet tooth. These flavors will be sold exclusively at the Pint Shop, the Museum of Ice Cream in San Francisco, and Target.
After you’ve decided on your favorite flavor you can pose for a photo shoot inside the pints of Nana Banana, Cherrylicious, and Sprinkle Pool! The Pint Shop has life size pints with flavor themed art installations for you to interact with and declare your true love for ice cream!
If you’d really like to learn the ins and outs of the Pint Shop’s products, you can reserve a ticket for the “Tasting Room” (about $30) and after donning a millennial pink lab coat, you will be immersed into the making of some of the most popular flavors and whip up a few samples for yourself!
The Pint Shop pop up will only be in New York until August, so get your scoop before it and the summer season is gone for good!
